It is imperative that the staff of CECB familiarize themselves with the new Procurement Guidelines and Manual – 2024 (Goods, Works, and Non-Consulting Services), published by the National Procurement Commission (NPC)., key revisions and structural changes introduced. Understanding these changes is essential to ensure compliance, enhance procurement outcomes, and uphold the principles of good governance and public accountability in the use of public resources.
