Capacity Building Programmes
Capacity Building Programmes enable CECB staff to become aware of and experience the challenges of unfamiliar ground, while gaining immediate and powerful insights into their work situations, and helps to relate better with other employees.
We provide capacity building programmes such as Leadership Development for Managers, Best Practices in Human Resources, Out Bound training, CECB Toastmasters’ Club, etc. to our staff to strengthen their
communication and leadership skills, technical capabilities, and sense of ownership and empowerment. Our main focus is to achieve a change which is developmental, transitional and transformational, to instill in participants, self confidence, self discipline, situational leadership, analytical skills, and a passion to win,
while emphasizing the importance of an integrated approach to march toward the ultimate vision of CECB –
“To be a world class engineering organization”.
