CECB is committed to provide continuous Training and Development to all categories of its employees. This
serves to further improve the Bureau’s systematic approach towards training of its human resource by
assisting employees to enhance their performance through acquisition of new knowledge, skills and attitudes,
which in turn will enhance the performance and reputation of the CECB as an industry leader.

TRD Unit carries out periodic surveys and identifies appropriate external training opportunities in the form of
conferences, seminars, presentations and workshops organized by external institutions and training providers.
Based on a Training Need Analysis, TRD Unit guides employees towards availing themselves of such
opportunities.
