This programme was specifically designed for Secretarial Assistants, Clerks, System Operators, and officers engaged in HR-related functions, with the objective of strengthening their capacity to meet the demands of a modern and dynamic business environment. The workshop delivered comprehensive exposure to key areas such as effective business communication, leadership and interpersonal relationships, public relations and external affairs, report writing, negotiation skills, time management, office planning and control, and the application of IT for enhanced productivity.

The programme was delivered by experienced facilitators alongside Dr. Dhanesh R. Jayathilaka, a distinguished Marketing and Management Consultant/Trainer with extensive experience in developing marketing professionals and senior corporate decision-makers both locally and internationally, and Ms. Surani Wetthasingha, a Human Resources Specialist and Management Consultant, as well as a recognized motivational speaker and expert in personality and leadership development. Their valuable insights and expertise enabled participants to enhance their professional competencies, strengthen workplace relationships, and contribute more effectively towards organizational success
