Description:
Every school has been supervised by CECB on work request by the each Contractor’s (not onsite supervision). Progress monitoring has been done by head office unit at Battaramulla (project manager unit) and participated all meeting with Client and Contractor’s representative at “Isurupaya” by submitting progress reports. After the project completion buildings have been handed over to the principal with the final supervision of the related divisional engineers.
