Project Brief
A five-story building with a concrete (G30) substructure and superstructure, steel roof, and
seating capacity of approximately 1,350. The project commenced in 2015. In June 2020,
CECB was appointed to provide consultancy services for the remaining construction works.
The Sri Lanka Army construction team serves as the main contractor, handling civil and
electrical works. Around 15 specialized contracts cover other disciplines, including air
conditioning, fire detection, and protection systems.

Revised estimate – 3.3 Bn. (Cabinet Approval has been granted)
