Our Loyal Clients here and Abroad
Over the years we have had the privilege of working with many ministries, authrities and institutions in Sri Lanka, incuding the armed forces and the private sector.Although the engineering tasks were quite divers, we always follow one rule of thumb in addressing each of the projects. And thta is-listen to the client.
This has helped us to seal long tem partnerships. Ministry of health is just one case in point where in 15 years the whole spectrum of specialized services reagards to the health care sector was offered to the fullest satisfaction of the client.
In recent times our inimitable brand of environmentally sustainable, engineeringly sound development solutions found great acceptance over seas as well.
The Ministry of Construction and Public Infrastructure of the Republic of Maldives commissioned CECB to carry out many major projects in the archipelago.

At CECB, we believe in a formula called form, function and the elegance of precision.
Paying attention to detail is a prerequisite in everything that we do: at all stages of a project and at all times.
Primarlly we do so to eliminate waste, overspending, redoing & retouching all of switch will stare in the face like scars in the final products, the balance sheet and, worse, we may then loose our competitive advantage.
Our reputation lies in how well we choose the ingredients to bake the cake and we are known even more for the manner in which we do the icing.
Then we build our case upon sound judgement to surpass our discerning clients' expectations.

At CECB we understand that time means mony - client's money
That’s why, like everything else, we are deeply conscious of our time budgets. Barring circumstances beyond our control, it is given that we complete our tasks within stipulated time frames.
In this regard our crowing achievement was the post-tsunami construction. We were called upon to perform the seemingly impossible, when every imaginable infrastructure was washed away by the waves.
We reconstructed bridges, culverts, roadways, railways, stations, schools, government buildings, housing and pylons as well. Any and everything all at once to restore normalcy to the coastal regions of Sri Lanka.
